User Agreement
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for your use of the Dara.af website and application. Your use of Dara.af services means full acceptance of this agreement.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Dara.af website and application, you confirm your agreement to this user agreement. Continued use after any changes to this agreement means acceptance of the updated version.
Dara.af Services
Dara.af is an e-commerce platform in Afghanistan that enables users to view, order, pay for, and receive products. The services may be changed or updated over time, and your use is permitted only within the framework of this agreement.
Permitted Use
Users undertake that they will:
- 1. Use the services only for lawful purposes.
- 2. Refrain from any fraudulent activity, misuse, hacking, system manipulation, or violation of the rights of others.
User Account
- 1. Providing accurate and up-to-date information for account registration is mandatory.
- 2. Users are responsible for keeping their login information confidential.
- 3. All activities carried out through the account are the responsibility of the user.
Orders and Payments
- 1. Placing an order is considered a request to purchase.
- 2. Completion of an order depends on confirmation of payment, product availability, and correct delivery information.
- 3. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their delivery and payment information.
Delivery, Cancellation and Returns
- 1. Delivery: Orders are delivered within a maximum of 23 hours. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed as soon as possible.
- 2. Cancellation: Order cancellation is only possible before dispatch. Refunds will be made within 3 business days.
- 3. Returns: Return requests are accepted up to 2 days after receiving the product, provided the item is in good condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt. Some items such as personal items, hygiene products, food items, digital products, and customized products are non-returnable.
Intellectual Property
All Dara.af content, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, belongs to Dara.af. Any unauthorized use, copying, publishing, or distribution is prohibited.
Privacy and Data
- 1. User information, including technical data, account data, and order data, is collected only for order processing, service delivery, performance improvement, and security purposes.
- 2. Dara.af does not sell personal information and shares it only when necessary with trusted service providers or legal authorities.
- 3. Users have the right to access, correct, delete their information, and unsubscribe from promotional messages.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dara.af shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, natural, or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to access, the services.
Changes to the Agreement
Dara.af reserves the right to amend or update this agreement at any time. The new version will become effective upon publication, and continued use by users constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
