The standard delivery time for orders is a maximum of 2 to 3 hours. Orders that are registered after the specified time, if they meet the conditions, will be processed accordingly. The responsibility for providing correct information lies with the customer, and the store bears no responsibility for delays caused by incorrect information.
A return request must be submitted within 2 days after receiving the product, provided that the item is unused, in good condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt. Personal and hygienic items, food products, digital products, custom-made items and medical products are not returnable. Refunds are processed after inspection.
Order cancellation is only possible before the order is dispatched. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 3 working days.
